We begin with a $20 planning session to clarify your goals, answer initial questions, and make sure we’re aligned before research begins.

This small fee helps us protect your time and ours, avoid generic quotes, and focus on trips where we can provide real value.

③ Review Thoughtful Options

Once we’re aligned, we research and curate options that match your priorities. No copy-paste itineraries. No “here are 19 random links, good luck.” Just clear, thoughtful recommendations.

④ Book With Confidence

We walk through your options together, adjust as needed, and help you move forward with clarity. Once booked, we remain your point of contact before and during travel.

What Happens After You Submit the Form?

After you submit the planning intake form, we’ll review your request and follow up with the next step.

If your trip is a good fit, we’ll guide you through the planning session and begin narrowing your best options.

If we’re not the best fit, we’ll be honest about that too. You’ll still leave with more clarity than confusion.
